Email Change - "Path does not exist" when saving or opening files

Following the email change, some office apps (Word/Excel) might present with an error when attempting to open or save files.

To fix, please see below

  • When saving or opening files, you may get the error below.
    This is due to your old "" email address being cached within the software

    If you look under the "Onedrive - Ken Stimpson" you will see that it is still picking up your old email address (In this case, ""

  • Click on OK & then click on your user profile in the top right hand corner and select "Sign Out"

  • You'll get the below warning, click on "Yes"

  • Click on "Sign in" in the top right hand corner

  • You will be prompted to enter your email, use your full school email - In this case "" & sign in

  • You may need to enter your password

  • That's it - When saving or opening now, you should see your email under Onedrive & Sharepoint
