Email Change - Removing Email Signatures

Following the email change, we are now automatically adding school branded email signatures to all staff emails.

You will need to remove any existing email signature you may have to avoid double signatures


  • Logon to your email account & click on the cog in the top right hand corner of the screen


  • Click on "Mail" then "Compose and reply"


  • If you currently have a signature set, you'll see it in the box. Click on "Delete"


  • Make sure that "For new messages" & "For Replies/forwards" is set to "No Signature" & then click Save.


  • That's it, your signature is cleared.
