How do I register my ID card with Printers

Please find steps below on how to register your card with the Printers around the Ken Stimpson site.

Steps:

1. Use your card to tap it against the Card reader on the printers within school.

(Note: all cards have a tag built inside of them that are issues from Site Staff, and all big copiers around school have the card scanning feature. Small printers in classrooms do not have this.)

2. Once tapped on here, it will notify to say your card is not registered. From here, you will need to enter your username and password used to login to the school machines to link it to your account.

3. Once done, it will log you out and you can use your card from here onwards.

4. We do know sometimes this does not work for some people. If you are having trouble, please come to the IT Office (3L23) and we can manually scan your card and add it into the system manually.
