ParentPay Password Reset

User who have forgotten their login details can reset their password by following the steps below.

1. To reset your password go to https://www.parentpay.com/ website and click parent log in
   
   From there you can select 'forgotten your password' 
   
   
2. Enter the email address associated to the account you would like to reset and click Next
   
   
   
3. Select your preferred choice on where the password reset will be sent to
   
   Once you've selected an option click 'Send instructions'  
   
   You will then be sent message/email with a link and you will need to follow the on screen instructions
   
   
   
   
   
4. Type in a new strong password into the box
   
   Confirm the password you would you like to use
   
   Click Change password 
   
   
   
   
   
5. You get this message pop up saying that it has been reset
   
   Select the Log in button and now log in as usual with the new password
   
   
   
   
6. That's it, you're done.
